Do I need an account to book a seminar?

No. Booking and paying for a seminar never requires an individual account — your organization can book seats directly. Only participants attending the seminar need an account, and only to access their seminar materials.

Can government agencies procure through you?

Yes. We regularly work with public-sector agencies and support framework agreements, tender documentation, and standard public procurement processes.

How do you invoice?

We invoice per organization, not per individual — typically net-30 against a purchase order. Enterprise and public-sector clients can set up consolidated invoicing across multiple bookings.

Can seminars be delivered on-site?

Yes. Seminars can be delivered at your offices, fully virtually, or as a hybrid — scheduled around your team's calendar.

Do participants get a certificate?

Every participant receives a shareable certificate of completion at the end of their seminar.

Is there a minimum group size?

Most seminars run from small teams to full departments — reach out and we'll confirm minimums for your topic and format.

Can we get a custom seminar for our team?

Yes, we regularly tailor seminar content to a team's tools, stack, and skill level — mention this when requesting a quote.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks ahead for on-site delivery, and 2 weeks for virtual sessions, though we can often accommodate shorter notice.
